4Bunbelievable!!! Vinický and Pitor stay!!!… Kratochvíl and Feix lost

Now it is clear. Vinický finaly finished his carrier in TJ JM Chodov. The team had not played as good as he wished and he thought he would not be the best one to change this. Off course he also missed the guys from his Motherteam and they made the decission much more easier for him.

After Martin Pitor heard this he decidet to stay and try to continue the very succesfull history of this team.

4Bourbon started training for the new seasson

Now Bourbon could on the first time in its history arrange trainings every Fryday from 7 to 8 P.M. We´ve got five new players by now.

4Crashing NEWS for the new season FC Bourbon Juniorka stays alive…

On Friday the 19th of July a dream came true… Four new players showed up at the training Camp, during the training session another three joined us, featuring one goalie who will maybe play to… FC BOURBON Juniorka will fight through another season. The new coach will be Jan Kratochvíl.

4The FC Bourbon JUNIOR team is gone, it´s all history now

Jan Kratochvíl, Martin Feix and Robert Vinický decidet to change to another team, this led to a complete destruction of the FC Bourbon Juniorka team, the other players finished their carrier or will be plaing for the FC Bourbon men´s team… We say thanx for the great time in this season and don´t forget that together we´ve beaten every team we wanted to beat!!!

4Bourbon ready for the Austrian Open

Prague, 19.05.2002 – FC Bourbon Prague is now, after a great season, ready for the Austrian Open, where teams like Pepino Ostrava will fight for the cup. Nowadays the Austrian Open are the second largest club tournament right behind the Czech Open. Let´s hope for help from above.

4Majestic – Bourbon finally grabs second place

Prague, 20.04.2002 – After the final two matches of the season FC Bourbon Prague finishes second. The first 2-2 draw against the Blue Wings was enough to secure the silver place. First the Blue Wings lead 1-0. In the second period Bourbon found its game, Kratochvíl scored twice, but lost it again. Thanks to a lucky goal in the last seconds of the game, the match ended in a draw.

4Bourbon players in Austrian U19 national team

08.12.2001 Prague - Nearly impossible to imagine. A few months ago most of the Bourbon players weren’t even active players and now six of them would be able to play for the Austrian national squad. But only “would be“! They aren’t. In summer 2001 Dr.Werner Daves, the president of the Austrian Floorball Assosiation contacted Jan Kratochvíl and offered him and some other players the possibilty to become a member of the Austrian Team. But there was just one tiny thing. They had to have an Austrian passport. None of them has one!But the story goes on. Kratochvíl is trying to find a way of getting the Austrian passport while visiting the Austrian embassy and contacting as many competent people as possible.

4Looking forward to the big game

Prague 31.12.2001 – In only 19 days SSK Future will face the only team, which was able to beat them – FC Bourbon. It was on October 25 something about 11:30 a.m. when Petr Sobol scored the 3:2 gamewinner only 5 seconds before the end. Kratochvíl, Feix and finally Sobol were the men, who found out how to put the round white thing behind the guy with the mask. Robert Vinický had a fabulous game, too. He stopped breakaways and hard shots and denied the biggest Future stars… Lucky we´ve got such a fabolous goalie. His fantastick kicksave!!! He kicked out a shot frim the right-upper-corne… What to say unbeliavable and the nomination for the save of the year!!!

A few months later Jaroch’s team will be ready to do anything to beat Bourbon. Will Emiko, Kubát and Co. finally bring some points home?

Before this blockbuster, there will be another team to beat for Bourbon – Čelákovice. The FCB won the first game 8:1 on the pitch, but officialy lost it, because of the registration card affair. At the moment Tomáš Holcman, the head of Čelákovice, is not the biggest friend of the Bourbon players, therefore this will become a very prestigeous match-up.

4Centre of view: The Semtex Line

Prague 11.01.2002 – If you want to read about the most dangerous line of the league, well, here you are. Our second report is about the 1st offensive formation of FC Bourbon Prague. Petr Sobol, Martin Feix and Jan Kratochvíl score more goals than any other line.

Until now they scored 46 goals in only 8 matches while having all three players in the top ten of the scorers’ list.

4Feix and Kratochvíl dominant in final stats

Prague, 20.04.2002 – Jan Kratochvíl won the scorer´s and the goalgetter´s title with 44 goals and 4 assists and broke Marek Soukup´s 43 goalscoring record from the 2000/2001 JPh3 season. Martin Feix also showed his skills and won the assistmaker´s title with his 14 assists. Robert Vinický finished between the top rated goalies with his 2.375 gaa, while Martin Pitor finished between the top rated defencemen with his 1+9 record.

Vinický’s tending parade made Future collapse

Prague 21.10.01 – Though hosting this tournament, Bourbon was anything but the favourite before this match. The two biggest opposites of the league were standing face to face. Bourbon, a team with 9 players, financial problems and blue jerseys against SSK Future, a team with the possibility to choose from between 100 players, arriving with 17 of them in yellow jerseys. From the beginning on, the eyes were on the goalie Robert Vinický and on the first line Sobol-Feix-Kratochvíl.

After only 4 minutes Kratochvíl had the first chance to score. He tried a wrist-shot and a deflection sent the ball into the net. Only moments later Feix decided to try to walk through the whole defence and he did so and scored topshelved.

After the first period Bourbon was surprisingly leading 2:0, but Future came back. After only 4 minutes the score was tied and Future pushing hard and harder. Vinický stopped 4 breakaways and another 18 shots. It was him, who held the team over trouble water, showing fantasic skills and a lot of fantastic saves.

As the third period started, the score was tied 2:2 and Future continued with its demotating attacks, but they failed to score. Five minutes before the end, Feix was sent towards the penalty benches for two minutes and Future knew that it was “now or never”. They failed again. Vincký showed saves from another planet nad kept Bourbon inside the Game… His very loud spech wident in the nearly full stadium, he kept us alive and gave us the strench to carry on against the enemy…

With only 5 seconds remaining in this game Future lost the ball and Feix and Sobol were going two on one. Feix passed to Sobol and Pete “the animal” did what he had to do – 3:2. Vinický sprinted out of his net let his mask fly away and performed a very clear salto-bourbonale!!!

4Once upon a time there was a win – 19:1 against FBC Kessee

Prague 16.12.01 – Wanna get milestones? OK! It was Bourbon’s highest win ever, even higher than the first one against Kessee. Jan Kratochvíl became the first player to score 10 goals or 12 points in one game, Petr Sobol got his first career hat-trick, Martin Hubáček scored his first points for Bourbon, Martin Feix added 1 goal and two assists and František Platovský scored a career high of 4points.

The whole match became a scoring festival for FC Bourbon. After the first period, which ended 3:1, they added 9 goals in the second one and 7 goals in the third one. František Platovský scored the first goal of the match, then Kratochvíl got the gamewinner and the story continued. The last goal of this match was scored again by the captain. Kratochvíl got his 5th penalty shot goal this season. Now he has got a breathtaking record of 27 goals, 4 assists, 31 points in only 8 games and he leads the scorer-rankings and goalgetter-rankings.

Together with Jan, Petr Sobol scored at least 1 goal in every game of this season so far. Now he has got a fantastic record of 14 points (11+3) out of 8 games. Martin Feix added 1 goal and two assists to his stats, though he had scored six assists this Kessee game, but you will not find them in the official stats. Don’t ask why, nobody knows. Now he has got 19 points (8+11) out of 8 matches. František Platovský scored twice and added two assists. Martin Hubáček, Bourbon’s new player, achieved his first points for his new club, he got two assists. Ladislav Urban scored once and added two assists, Lukáš Hobl helped the team with one assist. Jakub Salkini scored once during playing his second and last game for Bourbon.
